Located on the exclusive Maenporth Estate, 44 Upper Stables is situated right opposite the leisure centre with the swimming pool and is just a few minutes walk from Maenporth Beach.  There is a comfy open plan living and dining area with a TV and DVD player along with a well-equipped kitchen with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble fryer.

There are 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with twin single beds, 2^nd bedroom with a double bed and a 3^rd bedroom with a single bed.  There is also a family bathroom upstairs as well as a shower room.
