Aberdovey Hillside Village has been the place to stay for returning guests for more than forty years. Its sense of peace, its perfect location in Aberdovey, its relationship with the water and its south facing aspect and panoramic sea views just need to be experienced.

The properties have been designed to make the most of the views and are comfortably furnished, practically so perfect for families, with open plan living areas, most of the properties with at least one bedroom with sea views, some have bath and shower rooms.  They all have terraces and or balconies some with more than one.

All the properties have lounges with comfortable settees and a TV with free to air digital.  The kitchens are fully equipped with electric or gas hobs and ovens, microwave ovens, toasters, kettles, fridges and freezers.  There is a launderette with washing machines and dryers.  All beds are made up prior to arrival.

Westward – Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms

Westward is a spacious house with a split level an open plan lounge / dining room opening out onto a full width balcony, the kitchen on the dining level looks down over the lounge and balcony to sea beyond. It has also enclosed garden which is great for dog owners. The a master and one of the twin bedrooms have sea views, has a walk-in shower room and a bathroom.

Eastward – Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms

Eastward is the sister of Westward; as with Westward has breath-taking views over the estuary, hills mountain and Cardigan bay – both great options for larger family groups or holidays with grandparents who are looking to book more than one property and are looking to bring together to dine to celebrate a birthday or anniversary.  Eastward has a large, enclosed side terrace, just like Westward is a great option for dog owners.

Southward – Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms

Southward is a ground floor apartment with open plan lounge dining and kitchen; a large enclosed south facing terrace with great sea views; the master bedroom with views over the estuary too.  Shower (with walk-in shower) and bathrooms.

Cader – Sleeps 4 in 2 bedroom

Cader is a cottage style property set all on one level and has 2 bedrooms and a west facing balcony and terrace with views over the estuary, mountains and over to Cardigan Bay.

Talgarth – Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms

Talgarth is a similar style property to Cader with an open plan lounge dining and kitchen and 2 terraces. There is an enclosed terrace which is good for enjoying afternoon and evening sunshine and another one which enjoys morning sunshine – both have magnificent sea and estuary views.

Morawel – Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms

Morawel is a cottage style property with an open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area with a sunroom and covered balcony and side terrace.

Dolphin – Sleeps 6 / 7 in 3 bedrooms

Dolphin is a spacious apartment with a mezzanine bedroom above the lounge, an open plan dining / kitchen area and a large balcony. The master bedroom has great views too!

Porpoise – Sleeps 6 / 7 in 3 bedrooms

Porpoise is a roomy apartment with a mezzanine bedroom above the lounge.  There is a larger balcony and master bedroom with great views!

Manatee – Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms

Manatee has an open plan lounge / dining / kitchen with a covered balcony and enclosed  terrace.  The master bedroom has great views!
