3 Coastguard Cottage is a stunning 3-bedroom former Coastguard’s Cottage which is fantastic for families looking for a baby and toddler friendly cottage in Cornwall.  The cottage is in a remarkable location a few moments away from Helford Cove and has access to a shared outdoor heated swimming pool which is open between May and September.

3 Coastguard Cottage is a beautiful mid terrace cottage which has got river views from the private patio, and a cozy log burner in the sitting room.  There’s a well-equipped kitchen with an adjacent additional shower room and 3 comfortable bedrooms.

The sitting room has wooden floors, a corner suite which is perfect for relaxing nights in and a wall mounted TV with DVD player.   There is a breakfast bar with 4 stools and a kitchen with all the mod cons including a ceramic hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer and microwave.  Bedroom 3 with 2 small twin beds (suitable for very small children) and the shower room are also downstairs.

Upstairs there is a Master Bedroom with exposed beams and a 5 ft double bed plus a 2^nd bedroom with a double bed.  There is also a family bathroom.

Outside there is a paved terrace overlooking the river with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ.

Parking is available in a local car park up the hill.
