There are 12 individually designed cottages at Flear Farm sleeping from 2 – 10 people. Each cottage is luxuriously furnished with super comfy kingsize beds, fully equipped kitchens, flat screen TV and Freesat. Cots, highchairs and stair gates are included.

The cottages all boast a well-stocked kitchen with all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you’ll need. There’s also a variety of appliances including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

1843 is an open plan cottage with a beautiful exposed beam ceiling, well-appointed kitchen, small dining table and chairs and comfortable living area.  There is a single bedroom and family bathroom plus a  beautiful spacious master bedroom with its king size bed on the second floor.

Cartwheel Cottage

Cartwheel is a lovely cottage with an open fire and light and airy living. There’s a generous kitchen and a private veranda where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast or relaxing evening drink.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.

Linhay Cottage

Linhay is a baby-friendly holiday cottage with exposed beams, underfloor heating and an easily accessible private garden.   There’s a master bedroom with a king-size bed which is accessed through a door from the lounge while the first-floor twin bedroom, with its en suite shower, is just off the gallery that runs the full length of the cottage.

The Mangers

The Mangers is a 2 bedroom cottage with stunning views.  It has an open fireplace, raised veranda with stunning views across the valley and a light and comfortable master bedroom, modern bathroom and lovely twin bedroom upstairs.

Quarry

Quarry is a well equipped and comfy holiday cottage with a snug living room, dining area with flat screen TV and comfy corner sofa.  Upstairs there is a large master bedroom, bathroom and twin bedroom.

Outside you will find a terrace with an outdoor table and chairs and sun umbrella.

Duck’s Nest

Duck’s Nest is a converted from an old stable and still retains its old features such as a lovely stable door and slate flag stone floor. There’s a beautiful outdoor patio area, comfortable living area with wood burner and a master bedroom with king size bed, bathroom and a second bedroom with bunks and a single bed.

The Granary

The Granary is a luxury baby and toddler friendly cottage with a large kitchen area,  separate living area with log burner and a selection of DVDs, books and magazines for you to enjoy.  Upstairs there is a master bedroom with stunning views, a bathroom and a twin bedroom. The spacious third bedroom is on the top floor and has its own en suite shower room.

The Orchard

The Orchard is the most luxurious holiday cottage with a breathtaking solid oak barn, huge open-plan space and state of the art kitchen. The lower floor contains three bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom, while the master bedroom contains a shower for two and a jacuzzi bath. Outside you’ll find a private decked area with wooden garden furniture, a BBQ and lawned area for the kids to play.

The Stables

The Stables is a light and airy cottage with beautifully renovated bedrooms and a modern bathrooms. The master bedroom has a family wet room with large walk-in shower and upstairs there are 2 further twin bedrooms.  There’s a pretty courtyard entrance and private south facing terrace overlooking the exclusive rear garden – the perfect place to relax after a busy day.

The Stalls

The Stalls is tucked away in the corner of the courtyard. Spread over three floors, this gorgeous cottage has an open plan ground floor space with a Shaker style kitchen and comfortable living/dining area. Upstairs there is a master bedroom and bathroom and 2 further two twin rooms and a shower room.

Flear House

Flear House is a magnificent Devon country farmhouse with a private swimming pool, superb dining hall, elegant drawing room and snug.

Flear House boasts an enormous well-equipped kitchen with eat-in breakfast area, complete with Aga and electric and gas cookers. And leading from the kitchen you’ll find an enclosed courtyard with table as well as the large patio with a three-burner gas BBQ and seating for ten overlooking the heated outdoor swimming pool – exclusively for guests of Flear House.

The grand oak staircase takes you upstairs to the huge master suite with its own dressing room and ensuite jacuzzi bath. There are an additional 2 bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and 2 further bedrooms with twin beds. There is also a large shower room and WC.

• Taking a dip in the warm indoor swimming pool which is open all day long. There are plenty of floats, swimming noodles and water toys for little ones to have lots of fun in the pool.
