Home Farm Cottages are traditional style North Norfolk brick and flint cottages which are all beautifully furnished with bags of character. Some cottages are located on the main complex where the swimming pool, playroom and playground are and some are a 5-minute walk away – all of them are in Weybourne coastal village. ‘The majority of the properties have their own private garden patio or garden. All have off road parking.
Peewit Cottage sleeps 3 and has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single) and a shared courtyard garden. The open plan lounge, dining and kitchen (including dishwasher) is upstairs and has exposed beams, flint and brick fireplace and a wood-burner.
Plover Cottage sleeps 4 and is all on one storey so is great for families with young children. There is a double bedroom and a box room with 3 foot bunk beds or a single bedroom.
The Clock House is situated across the road from Home Farm and sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms. It is a spacious cottage and is full of character. One dog is welcome.
Lapwing is very similar to Peewit (living area upstairs, bedrooms on the ground floor), but considerably bigger. It has 2 bedrooms and a shared courtyard.
Stable End cottage sleeps 4 and is close to the swimming pool and play area. The cottage is all on one level and has a sunny lounge / dining area with a wood burner, good sized king bedroom and twin bedroom. There is a patio area with seating which is great for al fresco dining in the summer.
The Driftway is a modern extension to the farm house offering a lot of space for four people with excellent views across the village and farmland.
Tractor Cottage is a pretty 2 bedroom Norfolk brick-and-flint barn with charming original feature close to Weybourne beach in a quiet cul-de-sac called Home Farm Rise. Tractor is 5 minutes’ walk to the north from our Home Farm site and 2 minutes’ walk to the centre of the village.
Home Farm End is a modern 2 bedroom cottage close to the farmhouse and boasts excellent views of the village and of the surrounding farmland.
Bittern Cottage is a pretty 3 bedroom cottage just across the road from the Home Farm site. Next door is Oyster Cottage, ideal for two families coming away together. This property welcomes one, well-behaved dog.
Pegedy’s cottage is a detached bungalow situated across the road from the Home Farm site. It has an enclosed private gardens at the front and the back.
Fleet Cottage is a single storey barn conversion with two bedrooms and is ideal for families with young toddlers.
Old Flint Barn Cottage is a 3 bedroom traditional flint and pantiled barn conversion. It has a private, south facing, courtyard garden.
Narroogal is a large detached flint house sleeping 7 with its own private patio and BBQ.
Barnett’s is a large detached flint house which sleeps 7 people plus a cot. It has a south facing patio and enclosed garden (with views towards Kelling Heath), and an attached meadow garden to walk through.
Flintstone Barn is a beautiful large barn conversion sleeping 6 in three bedrooms with 1 ensuite bathroom. There is a stunning new kitchen with open plan dining and an upstairs lounge with a vaulted ceiling.
All linen and bedding is provided. Cots, highchairs, stair gates, fire guards, baby baths, step up stools, potties, changing mats and even pushchairs are available to borrow. Some of the offsite cottages are dog friendly – ask for more details. WIFI is provided.
