Klys Corner is a delightful 2-bedroom cottage which is ideal for families wanting a baby and toddler friendly cottage near the beach in Cornwall.

It is located next to the owner’s home but is just a short walk from Bude and its beaches.

The cottage has a stunning open plan living area with a cosy dining area and beautiful kitchen. The kitchen has a great range of appliances including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

The gorgeous lounge has a vaulted ceiling comfy sofas, Smart TV, Netflix and log burner.  There is also a set of French doors leading outside to the pretty garden so you can dine outside in the summer months.  The family bathroom is also on the ground floor and has shower over bath and WC.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms on the loft style first floor with sloping ceilings.  There is 1 king size bedroom with a TV and a delightful 2^nd bedroom with 2 single beds.

Outside there is a lovely enclosed garden with a sloping lawn and a sun trap patio and BBQ.

There is also parking for 2 cars.
