Lower Campscott Farm is the perfect place for the whole family to relax and unwind on holiday. The 8 luxury holiday cottages are set in 35 acres of glorious Devon countryside and overlook the sea. Each of the cottages and lodges are furnished to a high standard including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, central heating and unlimited hot water from a green biomass boiler.
Stable Cottage (Sleeps 3 plus 1 cot)
Stable cottage is a two storey cottage with 1 kingsize bedroom and 1 single bedroom with room for 1 cot or toddler bed. There’s also an outside seating area and BBQ. The cottage is a modern holiday home with a spacious living room, well equipped kitchen / diner and 2 bedrooms. There is parking adjacent to the cottage.
Fuchsia Cottages (sleeps 4 plus 1 cot)
Fuchsia cottage is a 2 bedroom cottage with 1 kingsize bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds. There is a cosy sitting room with a wood burner and an enclosed courtyard with a BBQ and picnic table- perfect for enjoying an evening glass of wine! This cottage is in a great location close to the play area.
Fuchsia Cottage is next to Hydrangea Cottage and there is an interconnecting door between them so these cottages are a great choice for larger family get togethers or group holidays.
Hydrangea Cottage (sleeps 4 plus 1 cot)
Hydrangea is a 2-bedroom single storey cottage with a suntrap terrace at the front and an enclosed patio garden at the rear. It’s very similar to Fuchsia Cottage. The sitting room has a cosy wood burner and comfy sofas. Both the bedrooms are spacious and there is a bright and modern bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Larchtree Lodge (sleeps 5 plus 1 cot)
Larchtree Lodge is a 3 bedroom self catering lodge with its own private garden and decked area which is perfect for a BBQ on a sunny evening! The lodge is light and airy and has lovely views across the farm towards the sea. The double bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom will comfortably accommodate 5 people plus an infant. Larchtree is tucked away at the head of the lane so benefits from all the farm facilities whilst also feeling secluded too!
Granary Cottage (sleeps 6 plus 1 cot)
Granary Cottage is a 2 storey cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s located in an elevated position so boasts sea views – on a very clear day, the coast of Wales can be seen from the cottage! Families will love the enclosed garden which is perfect for an evening BBQ. The cottage also has a spacious kitchen, dining area with a table which seats up to 6 people and modern ground floor bathroom.
Firtree Lodge (sleeps 4 plus 1 cot)
Firtree Lodge is a 2 bedroom lodge with 1 double bedroom and a twin bedroom with an ensuite shower room and additional bathroom. There is a private enclosed garden with a deck, outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The lodge also has an open plan living area with comfy sofas and a dining area which has stunning countryside views. Little ones might even be able to spot the friendly goats and sheep from Firtree Lodge!
Birtchtree Lodge (Sleep 6 plus 1 cot)
Birchtree Lodge sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms. There is 1 double bedroom, 1 twin and 1 full size bunk bedroom. There is a lawned garden with outdoor dining furniture and a BBQ. Birchtree is a secluded and private lodge with its own driveway and views over the wildflower meadow and to the sea beyond. You may even be able to see the farm goats from this lodge!
Pinetree Lodge (Sleeps 8 plus 2 cots)
For the ultimate family or friends get-together check out Pinetree Lodge! This 4 bedroom lodge has 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms with plenty of space for cots. The decked area has sea views, dining furniture and of course a BBQ. The lodge is in a fantastic location in the heart of the farm overlooking the sea and the outdoor play area. The accommodation is all on 1 level and has an open plan living area, decked terrace and fully equipped kitchen and diner. Don’t miss the views from Pinetree – especially at sunset!
