Nethway Farm has 5 lovingly converted holiday cottages set in peaceful Devon countryside.  They come equipped with everything you’ll need to make your stay as relaxing as possible including stairgates, freeview TV, DVD player, washing machine and WIFI.  A full range of baby and toddler equipment is available to borrow.  Plus 3 of the cottages are dog friendly so the family pooch can come along too!

Hyssop Cottage – Sleeps 5 + cot

Hyssop Cottage is a stone cottage with large rooms which sleep up to 5 people in 2 bedrooms. There’s a lovely farmhouse style kitchen, log burner and private enclosed garden with superb decking with table and chairs. A gate secures the steps down to a grassed area.

Tarragon Cottage – Sleeps 6 +cot

Recently refurbished, this cottage certainly has the wow factor! It sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms perfect for holidays with grandparent. The cottage boasts 2 dining spaces, wooden flooring, a secluded terrace, a gorgeous king master bedroom and a further 2 twin bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a super king on request. The large terrace area at the rear of the cottage is a sun trap – perfect for catching some rays at the end of a busy day!

Lovage Cottage – Sleeps 4 + Cot

This cottage is the perfect escape for families looking for a relaxing break. It’s in a quiet corner of the courtyard with enclosed garden and large decking with table and chairs. A gate secures the steps down to a grassed area. king size bedroom, bathroom and twin room

Meadowsweet – Sleeps 7 + cot

Perfect for large families, Meadowsweet has a large farmhouse table, open plan living area and 3 bedrooms. There is a large enclosed patio area at the rear which has exotic plants such as a winter fruiting kiwi.

Chamonile Cottage  – Sleep 5 + Cot

This cottage has farm views and sun throughout the day. The living / dining area has recently been re-decorated and has a log burning stove. Double doors lead onto the terrace with wooden table and chairs.
