Coalhill Farm is a luxurious cottage which is a great choice for families looking for a baby and toddler friendly cottage in Scotland.  It’s located on a family run farm and has amazing sea views of the Isle of Arran, Ailsa Craig and Loch Busbie.

The cottage is all located on 1 storey and has a light and airy open plan lounge / kitchen / diner with a Smart TV and French doors leading to the patio.  The kitchen is ideal for cooking family meals and has an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.

The is a twin bedroom which has bags of room and a smart TV – plus there is bathroom with shower and toilet next door.  The master bedroom has a super king size bed, storage space, Smart TV and ensuite shower room.

The garden is fully enclosed with a private hot tub located in the summer house.  There is also a picnic table and charcoal BBQ.  The small play area has swings and a slide.  Families are welcome to meet the friendly alpacas which live at the farm.
