There are 7 gorgeous cottages at Broadgate Farm sleeping from 4 to 9 people, and 2 of the barn conversions connect to sleep up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms.
Each cottage has toasty eco friendly central heating and a private fully enclosed garden. The cottages are set in 19 acres of grass and woodland and have lovely countryside views.
Forge Cottage
Forge Cottage was originally a Blacksmith’s shop and is now a luxury 2-bedroom cottage overlooking the paddocks and Blackmeredale Bottom.
The cottage is spacious, light and airy and has a sitting room with an oak floor and wood burning stove. It comes with a free sat TV, Netflix, DVD player and has free WIFI. Families will love the French windows which open onto the patio and fully enclosed garden.
Upstairs there is one double bedroom with king size bed and views across the fields. There is also a spacious twin room that has plenty of room for a travel cot. Forge Cottage is located right next to the paddock which has sheep grazing and sometimes pigs!

Foldyard Cottage
Foldyard Cottage sleeps 4 people and is set on one level. There is a dual aspect sitting room with a beamed ceiling, oak floor, free Sat HD TV, Netflix and DVD player.
The cottage is heated by eco-friendly underfloor heating and there is a lovely feature wood burner with glass sides giving great views of the fire.
Foldyard has a master bedroom with a super king size bed which also has space for a travel cot, and there is also a twin bedroom.
The bathroom is a stunning wet room with a shower – a baby bath is provided.
Foldyard Cottage has a lovely large walled garden with patio area which is perfect for outside dining as well as a feature pergola with grapevines which guests are welcome to sample at the end of summer when they ripen! There is parking for 2 cars.

Stables Cottage
Stables is a lovely Yorkshire Wolds cottage dating from 1897 which sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
The ground floor living accommodation is semi open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. The sitting room has a double height ceiling, oak flooring and a wood burning stove. There are also views across the fields from the living area.
The twin bedroom downstairs has it’s own wet room. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed and large bathroom with bath & separate shower.

Cart House 2
Cart House 2 is a stunning 2 bedroom cottage with oak flooring, underfloor heating throughout, oak doors, quality furnishings, lovely comfortable beds and wood burning stoves.

Courtyard
Courtyard Cottage is a 5* Gold Award cottage with spacious ground floor accommodation and two ensuite bedrooms and a private garden.

Granary Cottage
Granary Cottage is a former grain store which is now a stunning 5-star Gold Award 3 bedroom cottage sleeping 6 people.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with granite worktops, a dishwasher and a washing machine, as well as a separate cloakroom.
The real wow factor in Granary cottage is the large living room which features a dining area with a large table seating up to 12 people. There is also a cosy reading area and a wood burning stove.
This extremely spacious room has a beamed ceiling with oak floors and colourful rugs. For your entertainment there is a library of books, games for the family, wi-fi for use with your own laptop, hi-fi, Free Sat HD TV, Netflix and a DVD player.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two zip & link that can be either a twin or a superking and a king sized master bedroom with ensuite. Cart House 4
Cart House 4 is a large cottage which can sleep up up to 9 people in 4 spacious ensuite bedrooms. There is also room for 3 extra child beds.
Families will love the fantastic open plan living area which is perfect for large family gatherings and there is a luxury kitchen with granite worktops and French windows into the garden.
There is a large dining area for 10/12 which can be extended to 18 by using the large island as an additional table. High Barn
High Barn is a 6-bedroom cottage formed by linking Barn House and Foldyard. The upper floor of the Barn House has 2 bedrooms including a king size master with ensuite shower room and a large twin room which can be arranged as either a twin or superking.
On the ground floor of the Barn there are two bedrooms and a wet room, and a further 2 bedroom with a wet room in the adjoining Foldyard cottage.
The living accommodation is spacious -there is a large sitting room in the Barn and another sitting room in Foldyard – no need to argue about what to watch on the Freesat HD TV’s as you have two!
Outside you have the choice of a private courtyard garden or a walled garden with lawn, both have garden furniture.
