Cottages Sleeping 2 People Plus a Baby
Bantam Cottage
Bantam Cottage is little stone built cottage with 1 bedroom (plus a cot room) which is perfect for a holiday with a baby. Downstairs is an open plan sitting / dining room with a TV, Apple TV and log burner. It has a comfy seating area and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The staircase leads up to the bedroom which has a king size 4 poster bed and a small cot room off the bedroom. Outside there is a communal courtyard with garden furniture which is for the use of Bantam guests only.

Aylesbury Cottage
Aylesbury Cottage is a lovely stone built cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a large open plan living room (with TV, Apple TV and log burner), dining room and a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Dining facilities for larger groups can be set up at Aylesbury if multiple cottages are occupied. Head upstairs to the family bathroom and 2 bedrooms – one has stunning views and a 4-poster king sized bed and the other has twin beds. Aylesbury Cottage has a private enclosed terrace with a fantastic hot tub, garden furniture and BBQ.
Peacock Cottage
Peacock Cottage is a beautiful detached cottage overlooking the courtyard. It has an open plan sitting / dining area with a tiled floor, cosy log burner, TV and Apple TV. A winding staircase leads upstairs where there are two bedrooms, one with a king size four poster bed and the other with two singles. There is also a modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, as well as a family bathroom with a bath and shower. Peacock Cottage has its own secluded area of lawn with garden furniture and barbecue.

The Old Farmhouse
The Old Farmhouse sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms plus 2 cots and has its own private hot tub. It is believed to date from the 16th century and is characterised by old beams and a listed staircase. It also has its own south facing lawn and terrace with outdoor seating, BBQ and hot tub. The cottage also has a spectacular kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, Range cooker and double oven. Leading off the kitchen is a large L shaped sitting and dining toom with a wood burning stove, comfy sofa, dining table and chairs. There is also a TV and Apple TV. The main bedroom has a super king size bed and a marble lined ensuite shower room. There are also 2 twin bedrooms; one on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom and one upstairs next to the family bathroom.
Cottages Sleeping 9 / 10 People
Georgian House
Georgian House is a 5-bedroom baby and toddler friendly cottage which sleeps up to 9 people in 5 bedrooms plus 2 cots. It also has its own private hot tub. The Georgian House is perfect for large family holidays or 3G holidays with grandparents.
It has a large dining room with a wood burning stove, large sitting room, separate snug and large well-equipped kitchen with an American fridge freezer and dishwasher. Families will love the private games room with bar billiards and table tennis. There are 2 big double bedrooms with ensuite facilities, a single room and 2 further bedrooms with ancient beams and twin beds. Outside there is a private south facing terrace and lawn complete with hot tub, BBQ and garden furniture.
The Old Barn
The Old Barn is a luxury barn conversion with 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people (plus 2 cots). This barn was beautifully converted about 12 years ago and has just been extensively refurbished. The cottage has its own private hot tub on a huge private deck complete with 2 sun loungers, 2 outdoor dining areas, BBQ and fire pit.
The Old Barn opens up to a large well equipped kitchen (complete with an Aga) and a table sleeping up to 10 people. Leading off the kitchen is a stunning triple height drawing room with a gallery with wonderful views down the valley opening up onto a private deck. A corner of the gallery is used as a snug with a comfy sofa.
The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has a super king size bed and ensuite shower room as well as a beautiful sunroom complete with comfy divans (the sun room opens up on to a small private terrace and lawn). Above is a bedroom with a super king size zip and link bed (or twin) –this is connected to the family bathroom and has its own balcony with views down the valley.
Up in the beams of the barn is a cosy twin bedroom. At the opposite end of the building is the Family Suite which contains a large bedroom (which opens up on to the decking and has views across the valley) with a super king size bed, a dressing room and an ensuite shower room. Above the Master bedroom is another twin bedroom / play room.

Coulscott House
Coulscott House is a luxury 8 bedroom cottage sleeping up to 15 people plus 4 cots. It’s made up of the grand Georgian House and sixteenth century original Old Farmhouse joined via a secret internal door disguised as a bookcase!
The combination of these two luxury properties creates a truly special and spacious holiday cottage with two kitchens and multiple living areas. It is ideal for multi-generational families or multiple families who want the space to both relax independently and come together for entertaining. There is a large private games room and extensive terrace with a private hot tub, outdoor dining and sunbathing loungers to while away a summer’s afternoon with a jug of pimms or two!
