There are 6 individually furnished cottages at Malston Mill which are ideal for families with babies and toddlers. The cosy cottages are private and secluded and offer comfortable living in an English Country Cottage style. There are colourful fabrics, thick carpets, 4 poster beds and log burners – everything you need to be able to relax on holiday!
Waterfall Cottage (Sleeps 2+ Cot)
Waterfall Cottage is lovely luxurious cottage with a spacious lounge, oak beamed ceiling and a Cotswold stone Minister style fireplace. It has been awarded a 4* Gold Award from Visit Britain. The lounge / diner has floor to ceiling windows which overlook the flower filled courtyards. There is also a beautiful oak kitchen and a master bedroom with a 4 poster bed and ensuite bathroom.
Courtyard Cottage (Sleeps 4)
Courtyard Cottage sleeps 4 in 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. The cottage has gorgeous lake views and a lounge / diner with exposed beams, leather settee and electric log burner style fire. The cottage also has tables and chairs outside the cottage – perfect for al fresco dining on a balmy summer evening!
Mill Cottage (Sleeps 6)
Mill Cottage is part of the former Mill and has massive oak beamed ceilings in the spacious lounge / dining room. The cottage overlooks the lake and gorgeous landscaped gardens – great for little ones who love spotting ducks! There is a master bedroom upstairs with a 4-poster bed, Sanderson drapes and an ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom has a washbasin unit, 2 single beds and a second bathroom
Mill Cottage has its own private drive and garden with a BBQ and parking for 2 cars.
Dairy Cottage (Sleeps 3)
Dairy Cottage used to be the original dairy as it is part of the ancient barn which stands at the head of the lake. This cottage has magnificent views over the lake so is perfect spotting ducks and moorhens. The lounge has bags of character with oak beamed ceilings, exposed stone walls and a brick inglenook fireplace.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a 4-poster bed, a single coronet bedroom and a bathroom.
Riverside Cottage (Sleeps 6)
Riverside Cottage is also part of the ancient barn and was the other half of the working dairy so it’s also got amazing views of the lake and landscaped gardens. The lounge has character brickwork and exposed stone and oak beams. Upstairs there is a 4-poster bedroom and 2 single bedrooms and a bathroom.
