Viola Cottage is in a great location just a few miles from Truro and the harbour at Falmouth. The North and South coasts are within easy reach and Newquay, Perranporth, St Mawes and Mevagissey are easily accessible too. The cottage is in a gated complex so is nice and safe for young children.
The cottage has a good-sized hallway and a light and airy open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area which is perfect for family time. The lounge has a TV and DVD player with patio doors to the outdoor area.
The kitchen has got all the kitchen appliances a family might need including a microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, drier and dishwasher.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms – one of which has a super king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be made up to a king size bed if needed, and an ensuite bathroom too.
Viola Cottage has a lovely outdoor area with a private patio and garden furniture so you can enjoy eating outside.
Families also have access to an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, children’s play area, tennis court, a Spa pool and gym. Parking is available in an onsite car park, which isn’t directly outside the cottage, but this makes the immediate area outside the cottage safer for toddlers.
